2 Days Total Collection of Amitabh Bachchan’s Pink
Shoojit Sircar’s latest venture, Pink has taken decent start on box office with strong word of mouth. As expected the movie has received super positive reviews from audience as it was getting from critics after the premiere shows. Everyone found it very impactful and showing huge thumbs up for it.
Pink features Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Andrea Tairang & Angad Bedi, all of them have performed brilliantly. The profound performance of stars makes it worthy and gripping till the end. Especially the megastar Big B, who is the soul of this social thriller.
On the opening day, Pink started with low occupancy but due to positive reactions of audience, it picked up impressively and raked the business of 4.32 crores. Despite Emraan Hashmi’s Raaz Reboot in opposite, Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury’s directorial managed to open with better performance than expected.
On the next day i.e. Saturday, due to positive word of mouth Pink reported better occupancy than Friday and witnessed impressive growth from evening shows. Multi-screen cinemas are contributing very well to its business. With more than 75% of rise, the movie has added the amount of around 7.65 crores to its account.
With this total 2 days collection of the movie has become 11.97 crores on domestic box office. As per the report Pink is positively expected to take more growth on Sunday and rake good business total in the opening weekend.
