Box Office Prediction: 1st Day Collection, Dishoom to take Decent Opening across India

The handsome hunk John Abraham, the heartthrob Varun Dhawan and the very charming Jacqueline Fernandez starrer new solo offering of this week, Dishoom is releasing today with much buzz among audience. The movie is hitting on good number of screens across the globe, also does not have any strong competitor from Bollywood till two weeks. So it is expected to cash the conditions well.

Advance booking of the movie has been started from Sunday with selected cities and witnessed almost decent response on ticket windows. Considering the booking stats & audience craze, Dishoom is positively expected to get overall 40-50% of occupancy on Friday across the country. With this, it can take the opening of around 9.50 – 10.50 crores*. Further performance of the movie depends on the reactions of audience.

John Abraham’s last movie Rocky Handsome not did well on box office but his stardom can lead Dishoom to take double digit opening across India. The second male lead Varun Dhawan has not tasted a pure failure so far in his acting career and undoubtedly he is one of the most popular young age stars.

Jacqueline also has million of fans in her list, so overall highly promoted Dishoom has enough star power to attract audience in theaters and is all set to take at least decent start on box office. Reportedly after the premiere shows, Rohit Dhawan’s directorial has started receiving positive comments from Bollywood celebrities as well as critics.
