5 Days Total Collection of Vikram Bhatt’s Raaz Reboot
This Friday released the fourth installment of India’s very successful horror franchise Raaz, is gradually loosing hold over audience. Due to initial buzz because of franchise and Emraan Hashmi, it started decently on box office but unfortunately received mixed response critics, which melted down its hype and made it second choice for audience after Shoojit Sircar’s Pink.
As per critics, Raaz Reboot is the weakest movie of this franchise, neither has effective story nor good performances. Some audience found it watchable, also fans of Emraan Hashmi are still supporting the movie but they are not enough to drag Raaz Reboot to the safe side.
In the opening weekend, Raaz Reboot recorded almost flat response through out and did the business of 18.09 crores, including 6.30 crores of Friday, 5.49 crores of Saturday and 6.30 crores of Sunday. Whereas the opposite release Pink, witnessed more than 120% of growth in its business from Friday to Sunday.
Now Raaz Reboot is running weekdays and asusual getting lesser occupancy than weekend. On Monday it faced almost 60% of drop than Friday and minted the amount of 2.61 crores. On Tuesday, it reported more drop and added the amount of 2.27 crores to its account.
Now 5 days total collection of the movie has become 22.97 crores on domestic box office. With this pattern, Raaz Reboot can only rake near about 26 crores in the opening week across India.
