7 Days Total Collection of Vikram Bhatt’s Raaz Reboot
Emraan Hashmi and debutante Kriti Kharbanda starrer latest horror thriller Raaz Reboot, is performing averagely at box office. Being the fourth installment of successful horror franchise Raaz, it has been released with decent buzz and reported satisfactory business on the opening day. But due to mixed reviews of critics as well as moviegoers, it registered an average business total in the weekend.
As per critics, Raaz Reboot doesn’t have anything that fulfill the excitement of franchise. Audience also found it average and giving mixed reactions. Still fans of Emraan are in support of the movie, due to which it has raked considerable business figures in weekdays.
In the opening weekend, Vikram Bhatt’s directorial reported average business of 18.09 crores across the country with 6.30 crores of Friday, 5.49 crores of Saturday and 6.30 crores of Sunday. Major contribution in its business is made by single screen cinemas.
In weekdays, Raaz Reboot witnessed abrupt fall due to mixed response. On Monday, it faced almost 60% of drop than last Friday and did the business of 2.61 crores. Then on Tuesday, it recorded more drop and minted the amount of 2.27 crores. On Wednesday also it followed the same pattern and raked the business of 2.01 crores.
On the last day of week i.e. Thursday, Raaz Reboot reported lesser occupancy than previous day and added the amount of 1.75 crore to its account. With this opening week total collection of the movie has become 26.73 crores on domestic box office.
Emraan Hashmi starrer is already struggling on box office due to adjacent release Pink, so it won’t be easy for Raaz Reboot to sustain in its second week, as Riteish Deshmukh’s Banjo and other new Hindi movies are being released on box office from this Friday.
