Deepika Padukone’s debut Hollywood collaboration with superstar Vin Diesel, xXx Return of Xander Cage has been released in India on 14th of January with much hype among audience. As expected, it has received positive reviews from viewers as well as critics. As per them, the actress has given power-packed performance and nothing could be better than this as a debut.

xXx Return of Xander Cage was released on Saturday, but had its paid previews on Friday’s evening, in which it had raked the business of 1.75 crore. While the newly released Hindi offering OK Jaanu did the opening business 4.08 crores in the whole day. On its first day, D.J.Caruso’s directorial witnessed excellent occupancy of 50% and minted the amount of 6.25 crores, which can be considered as 8 crores including paid previews income.

On its second day i.e. Sunday, due to holiday and positive word of mouth, the movie received higher response and added the amount of 7.25 crores. It could be better if #IndvEng was not held on the same day. After the 2-days opening weekend, total collection of xXx Return of Xander Cage was recorded as 15.25 crores from India.

Now this first Hollywood biggie of the new year has entered in weekdays and asusual received lesser audience in theaters than weekend. On Monday, the movie faced around 40% of drop and registered the business of 4.25 crores, which has made its 3 days India total as 19.50 crores. It is positively expected to rake near about 27 crores by this week.
