Hollywood’s much awaited recent offering, xXx Return of Xander Cage has been released last week on Saturday, a day after OK Jaanu but has performed way better than it. Deepika Padukone’s debut English movie had good pre-release hype among her fans and as expected received favorable response from audience across the country.

xXx Return of Xander Cage is the third installment of very popular American action thriller franchise xXx, which is also the reason behind its good hype among Indian audience. From critics also, the movie has received positive reviews and gained more hype post-release.

In its 2-days opening weekend, xXx Return of Xander Cage reported impressive performance and did the business of 15.25 crores, which included 1.75 crore of Friday’s paid previews, 6.25 crores of Saturday and 7.25 crores of Sunday. While the adjacent Hindi offering OK Jaanu raked 13.80 crores in first 3 days of release.

Then in weekdays, as usual D.J.Caruso’s directorial this action thriller had faced considerable drop but still managed to score decent amount of 12 crores, including 4.25 crores of Monday, 3.25 crores of Tuesday, 2.50 crores of Wednesday and 2 crores of Thursday. After 6-days week, total collection of the movie was recorded as 27.25 crores.

Now xXx Return of Xander Cage has entered in the second week and once again running in weekend. On Friday, it had faced some drop than previous day and minted the amount of 1.50 crore. On Saturday, with more growth it collected the amount of 2.25 crores.

On the last day of weekend i.e. Sunday, the movie reported slight more occupancy. With this, it has added the amount of 2.50 crores to its account and made its 9 days total as 33.50 crores from Indian screens.
