Brahmotsavam 6th Day Collection – Earns 26 Cr Total from AP/Telangana

6 Days Collections of ‘Brahmotsavam’ across Telugu States

Director Srikanth Addala’s recently released family drama movie ‘Brahmotsavam’ is moving with steady pace to make opening week business total as decent. Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer as well as productional this movie has been released with huge buzz among audience, as he has very high fan following among Telugu audience.

Unfortunately Brahmotsavam has not received positive reviews from critics as well as moviegoers, which melted down all its hype among audience. Due to good initial buzz, it started with good on box office but got failure to maintain the pace for long.

In the opening weekend, its overall performance was decent. It reported the total business of 18.65 crores in the weekend across 900 screens of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, that includes 12.60 crores of Friday, 3.15 crores of Saturday and 2.90 crores of Sunday.

With this opening amount, it has emerged as the second biggest opener of the year so far in Tollywood after Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh. It has also become the second biggest opener of Mahesh Babu’s career so far after Srimanthudu.

Now the movie is running in weekdays and being normal working days, getting lesser response than weekend. With gradual decrements in its business, it minted the amount of 2.70 crores on Monday and 2.45 crores on Tuesday. On the next day i.e. Wednesday, it reported slightly more less and added 2.20 crores to its account.

At the end of its 6th day, total collection of Brahmotsavam is recorded as 26 crores* on AP/T box office. It seem to collect approximately 28 crores till this week.
