‘Brothers’ the best performer movie of Akshay Kumar’s career so far, has already been completed one week at box office. The movie was done the business of total 72.60 crores in its first week and registered second highest opening week collection of year 2015. It has received overwhelmed public response even after getting low stars rating from some critics. Brothers is an official remake of Hollywood movie Warrior and also over loaded with emotions & drama, that may be the reason some critics has not find it up to the mark. But still fans & moviegoers supporting the movie and creating buzz about it on social media.

Brothers features Akshay Kumar, Sidharth Malhotra & Jackie Shroff in lead roles, along with Jacqueline Fernandez & Shefali Shah in crucial supporting characters. As per audience as well as critics, entire star cast has performed brilliantly in the movie. Also the music that has composed by the duo Ajay-Atul is very soulful and one of the reasons behind such good performance of Brothers.

In its first week, the movie was done the business of 72.60 crores from Indian screens that included 52.08 crores of weekend and rest 20.52 crores of weekdays. Now the movie has entered in the second week and on its first day it was recorded comparatively low occupancy than Thursday. On its second Friday, Brothers was collected 2 crores as its 8th day collection. Today was its 9th day and being weekend it has showed growth in its business and minted the amount of 3.45 crores*. Sunday is expected to result in more better performance of Brothers.
