‘Captain America Civil War’ Continues Amazing Stride

Marvel Studios’ latest offering, Captain America Civil War has passed its opening week with an excellent performance across India. It has been released last Friday with massive buzz among audience and received amazing response through out in the first week. From critics too it has received very positive reviews, which has generated strong word of mouth about it. As The Jungle Book, this Hollywood’s one has also dominated all Bollywood movies on Indian box office.

In the opening week, the movie had minted the amount of 42.72 cr including 27.13 of weekend and 15.59 cr of weekdays. The weekend total includes 8.53 cr of Friday, 8.79 cr of Saturday and 9.81 cr of Sunday. And the weekdays total includes 4.59 cr of Monday, 4.05 cr of Tuesday, 3.57 cr of Wednesday and 3.38 cr of Thursday. Everyone liked this superhero movie and showing big thumbs up to it.

Now it is running in its second weekend and despite awaited Hindi release Azhar, it has much hold over Indian audience. On Friday, it faced considerable drop and minted the amount of 2.02 cr as its 8th day collection. On the next day being Saturday, it witnessed decent growth in its business and added the amount of 3.27 cr to its account. After 9 days, total collection of Captain America Civil War is recorded as 48.01 cr from India. Sunday is expected to result in almost similar as Saturday.
