Superstar Ajay Devgn, Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh starrer De De Pyaar De is still getting enough response from the audience in its fourth week and heading towards the 100-crore mark at the box office despite having the new release Salman Khan’s Bharat in the opposite.
Directed by Akiv Ali, the Hindi romantic comedy has got succeed to gather mostly positive reviews from the critics as well as the audience and gained a good word of mouth. As a result, it did the business of 97.01 crores in the last 3 weeks with 61.05 crores in the first, 23.44 crores the second and 12.52 crores in the third week.
De De Pyaar De is now running in the fourth week and once again passed the weekend at a good note. Over the fourth weekend, it showed a positive uptrend and raked the business of 2.32 crores that included 0.50 crore on Friday, 0.80 crore on Saturday & 1.02 crore on Sunday.
The first-ever collaboration of Bhushan Kumar led T-Series Films and Luv Ranjan’s Luv Films has now entered on weekdays again but with a steady pace. On 4th Monday, it recorded a normal drop of 10% vis-a-vis 4th Friday and minted the amount of 0.45 crore.
After 25 days, the total collection of De De Pyaar De has become 99.78 crores nett at the domestic box office. Now it is all set to join the 100-crore club within a day and will become the 10th film of Ajay Devgn to cross this mark.
