Dil Dhadakne Do 9th Day & Tanu Weds Manu Returns 23rd Day Total Collection

Last week released Bollywood drama movie Dil Dhadakne Do is doing well at box office than the expectations. The movie was released on 5 June 2015 and minted good figures in its first weekend. Dil Dhadakne Do ended up its first week with the total collection of 56.10 crores and become the 5th highest grosser movie of year 2015 so far.

Now the Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh etc. starrer movie is running in its second week with two competitor, one is Hollywood’s Jurassic World which is running successfully in India and the second one is Bollywood’s romantic drama movie Hamari Adhuri Kahani which is not attracting audience so much. We can say, that still Dil Dhadakne Do is the only better option to watch for Bollywood lovers.

Yesterday being its 9th day at box office and also the second weekend, the movie has showed up little bit growth in its business than previous day. The total business made by the movie on its second Saturday is around 3.53 crores. On second Sunday also, it is expected to perform more better as new Bollywood release is not much effective at box office.

On the other hand, year’s most successful movie Tanu Weds Manu Returns still running at box office. TWMR was released on 22 June 2015 and recently completed its 3 weeks journey with marvelous figures of 136.71 crores. It is still crawling ahead to touch the mark of 150 crores, which is looking difficult as the pace of the movie has been slowed down now.

Yesterday being its 4th Saturday i.e. 23rd day, it has made the business of approx. 1.75 crore; due to the weekend time, little bit growth is seen in its business. Including its 22nd day collection of 1.09 crore, now the total collection of TWMR till the end of its 23rd day has become around 137.8 crores.
