After the three very successful weeks, Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrat Bharucha starrer Dream Girl has witnessed the first significant drop in business due to the release of biggie War. But still, it has managed to remain steady and passed the fourth weekend at a decent note.
Presented by Balaji Motion Pictures & Zee Studios, the Hindi comedy-drama has entertained many in theatres and gathered a solid word of mouth. As a result, it had raked the business of 72.20 crores in the first, 38.60 crores in the second, and 22.05 crores in the third week.
Now Raaj Shaandilya’s directorial Dream Girl is now running in the fourth week and had started the weekend at a decent note by collecting 0.50 crore on 4th Friday. After a usual jump, it has minted 0.80 crore on 4th Saturday and 1.10 crore on 4th Sunday. After 24 days, its total collection has become 135.25 crores nett at the domestic box office.
On the other hand, Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Chhichhore is also running well at the box office since its release and did the business of 68.83 crores in the first, 40.47 crores in the second, 24.23 crores in the third, and 15.30 crores in the fourth week.
Nitesh Tiwari’s directorial had started the fifth weekend at a decent note and minted 0.27 crore on 5th Friday. On the next day i.e. 5th Saturday, it took a jump and bagged the amount of 0.54 crore. Then on 5th Sunday, the film has managed to score 0.72 crore and raised a month total collection to 150.36 crores nett.
