Mohit Suri’s romantic thriller movie already collected around double box office collection from his total budget. In only 5 days Ek Villain movie surpassed the lifetime collection of Queen and recent released movie Humshakals. The film is a mind blowing blend of romance with thriller and unique concept. All over most of the audience has loved the content and performances of the star cast. Ek Villain movie is running very well on its tenth day of release and is going ahead to become one of the most successful movie of this year. On tenth day i.e. second Sunday the movie also saw very good box office occupancy around 35-45% across the country. It is a big compliment for the film makers that they are gaining such a nice audience response even in the second week. Though it has seen drop from the first weekend but still the second weekend has also been outstanding in account of Ek Villain as along with awesome second Friday and Saturday collections, the film earned marvelous income on second Sunday too.

Today on 10th day of the total journey, the movie running much better but seems to face a drop from Ek Villain first weekend collection. Sunday was observed with high occupancy and highest collection day after the first weekend of the film and was counted at 6.28 Crores. It shows very clearly that Ek Villain is the first choice of the audience nowadays as they are neglecting the current releases like Lekar Hum Deewana Dil and Bobby Jasoos which are quite helpless due to being affected by it. One more thing is that Ek Villain snatched out the remaining audience from the biggie of this year holiday, which was doing well until the release of Ek Villain. Finally Ek Villain has to suffer weekdays and if it manages to do that then the film might do again mind blowing business in the third weekend.
