Fan 16th Day Box Office Collection: Adds little to its Account in 3rd Weekend

Maneesh Sharma’s directorial thriller drama movie Fan has already completed its 2 weeks journey at box office with overall decent performance. Being superstar Shahrukh Khan starrer and heavily promoted, it was expected to be blockbuster but unfortunately it has not come out in the same way. Due to initial buzz, the movie started on a good note but got failed to maintain its pace for long. It is not easy to digest that SRK’s movie has lost almost all its hold over audience in just 2 weeks of release.

In the opening week, Fan reported overall good and minted the amount of 71.50 cr that includes 52.35 cr of weekend and 19.15 cr of weekdays. In the second week it witnessed heavy drop than first week and raked the business of only 11.45 cr including 7.75 cr of weekend and 3.70 cr of weekdays. After two weeks, total collection of Fan was recorded as 82.95 cr on domestic and 64.96 cr on overseas box office.

Now YRF’s this latest venture is running in the third week and as expected getting very low occupancy in theaters because latest release Baaghi is getting well. On Friday it received more drop than Thursday and minted the amount of 0.21 cr*. On the next day i.e. Saturday being weekend the day resulted out in almost similar and added the amount of 0.19 cr* to its account.
