First Day Collection of Masaan & Aisa Yeh Jahaan: Positive Reviews but Low Business

Masaan, the latest Hindi drama movie that has released this week at box office. The movie is directed by Neeraj Ghaywan and starring Richa Chadha & Vicky Kaushal in lead roles along with Shweta Tripathi, Sanjay Mishra etc in supporting roles. The movie has opened up with very positive reviews of viewers as well as from B-town. Masaan has got limited audience on its first day but all those who watched it, showing thumbs up.

Due to not much hype among audience before release, movie has started with low occupancy and collection. On its first day the movie has done the business of only 0.30 crore*. Critics are in complete favor of the movie and almost all rated it with minimum 4/5 stars. This shows that Masaan is a worth full movie to watch in theater. May the positive reviews of movie will result in good from next day.

Aisa Yeh Jahaan

Aisa Yeh Jahaan, another drama movie of Bollywood that has released this week on box office. The movie is directed by Biswajeet Bora and produced by Maya Kholie. Aisa Yeh Jahaan is featuring the well known singer turned actor Palash Sen, Ira Dubey and Kymsleen Kholie in lead roles along with Yashpal Sharma, Tinu Anand, Carol Gracias, Prisha Dabbas & Saurabh Pandey in supporting roles.

As expected the movie has received very dull response on its first day. Aisa Yeh Jahaan was not much promoted before release, that is the reason of so low occupancy in theaters. Also the movie has released in limited number of screens across the country. As per the report, it has made only 10 lacs* as its opening day collection and there is no high expectations with it to show growth in coming days.
