Mastram, Manjunath & Koyelaanchal Opening Day Box Office Response
This Friday seems to be a platform for the small budget movies again as the release of movie Kochadaiiyaan has been postponed to 23rd May 2014. Starting from the first one named Mastram; it is a romantic movie with bold characters and unfamiliar star cast. The film has released today on box office along with two other co release named Manjunath and Koyelaanchal. Mastram movie has not been well promoted and also there is not any star factor related to the movie which could attract good number of audience towards the theaters. Hence the total box office response of audience for Mastram was very low on its first day of release. The other release Manjunath is a movie based on true incident of murder of an IIM Graduate. This film also has new star cast and low budget. But the script of Manjunath is far better than Mastram in different ways. But still Manjunath has also not been able to hold much audience. Last release Koyelaanchal is doing well and cannot be said excellent but still it is performing at least ordinarily.
Mastram, Manjunath & Koyelaanchal 1st Day Collection
After knowing the audience low response for all these three releases it is very clear that all these movies are not way closer in competition to other releases Hawaa Hawaai & Khwaabb which are running good all over the places. Anyhow let’s tell you the first day box office collections of all these three releases. First day collection of Mastram is around 0.45 Crore and of Manjunath is 0.15 Crore. Koyelaanchal has come out as a bit better and collected total amount of 0.28 Crore today. One fact is very straight all of the three movies cannot be expected to surprise audience but if you really want to go for other movie after Hawaa Hawaai and Khwaab then you must start with Koyelaanchal or Manjunath first and try to avoid Mastram.
