‘Ghayal Once Again’ Stands on Top with Decent Business

Sunny Deol and Soha Ali Khan starrer latest installment of year 1990’s Ghayal, has completed its weekend journey with decent business due to its initial buzz. Being Sunny Paaji starrer and of course because of the success of its prequel, Ghayal Once Again has started on a decent note at box office. Especially on single screens, it witnessed terrific craze of audience as well as occupancy. After a long time, Sunny is back in his renowned action avatar and is being liked by everyone.

In the weekend, Ghayal Once Again witnessed overall 25-30% occupancy across the country and raked the business of total 23.25 crores, that includes 7.20 crores of Friday, 7.65 crores of Saturday and 8.40 crores of Sunday. The film has received mixed reviews from critics, even though with the support of fans it has minted much. Successfully dominated the adjacent release Sanam Teri Kasam and leading on box office. From limited overseas screens, it did the business of only 3.67 crores till Sunday.

Now it has entered in weekdays and being normal working days, getting lesser occupancy in theaters. On Monday, it faced considerable drop of more than 50% and done the business of 3.60 crores as its 4th day collection. Till the end of the day, total collection of Ghayal Once Again is recorded as 26.85 crores at domestic box office. It is expected to gross near about 35 crores till this week.
