The recently released sequel of 1990’s super hit action thriller film Ghayal, has completed its one week at box office with decent note. The film was released last Friday with good craze of Sunny Deol’s fans and audience as well. As expected it has received decent response across the country but mixed reviews from critics. Even though it performed well in weekend and grossed decent business. Fans showed immense craze towards Ghayal Once Again and still creating buzz about it on social media.

In its opening weekend, it was witnessed overall good response and raked the business of 23.25 crores on Indian screens, that includes 7.20 crores of Friday, 7.65 crores of Saturday and 8.40 crores of Sunday. From weekdays as predicted, Ghayal Once Again started facing considerable drops in its business. On Monday it faced drop of more than 50% and minted the amount of 3.60 crores as its fourth day collection. At overseas screens also, the film is receiving decent response and grossed around 5 crores from there till 4th day.

On the next day i.e. Tuesday, Sunny Deol’s directorial plus starrer this film was faced more drop and added 2.70 crores to its account as its fifth day collection and 2.53 crores on Wednesday with almost similar response as Tuesday. On the last day of the week i.e. Thursday Ghayal Once Again has done the business of 2.36 crores* as its 7th day collection and made its one week domestic total as 34.44 crores*.

Ghayal Once Again successfully dominated the adjacent release Sanam Teri Kasam in first week, but now it seems difficult for it to rule over box office in second week, as new films Fitoor and Sanam Re are being released this Friday.
