Golmaal Again 19th Day Collection, Rakes 195.77 Crores by 3rd Tuesday at Domestic Box Office

Despite having several new offerings in opposite, the fourth installment of franchise Golmaal is heading very smoothly at box office in it’s third week. Directed by Rohit Shetty, Golmaal Again has already emerged as highest grosser of the year in Bollywood and now all set to enter in 200-crore club very soon.

Superstar Ajay Devgn and Parineeti Chopra starrer this action comedy was released a day after Diwali and opened to an outstanding note as expected. Due to positive word of mouth, it remained strong throughout the opening week and did the business of 136.07 crores.

The first week business of Golmaal Again was included 87.60 crores of weekend and 48.47 crores of weekdays from 3500 screens across the country. Then in the second week as well, the movie showed good performance and raked 46.85 crores with 31.44 crores of weekend and 15.41 crores of weekdays.

In the third weekend despite several new offerings, Golmaal Again remained steady and collected the amount of 10.58 crores, that included 2.04 crores of Friday, 3.69 crores of Saturday and 4.85 crores of Sunday. Now once again the movie is running in weekdays but still has enough hold over the audience.

On 3rd Monday, Reliance Entertainment’s presentation faced 38.7% of drop in footfalls than Friday and minted the amount of 1.25 crore. While with slight further drop, Golmaal Again raked the business of 1.02 crore on 3rd Tuesday and raised it’s 19 days total collection to 195.77 crores at domestic box office.
