Apart from the Bollywood big budgeted movie Bang Bang starring Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif again for second time, the other big release is the new interesting chemistry of Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor – Haider. This extended festive weekend has witnessed the clash between two big films of the year among which ine being Vishal Bharadwaj’s Haider which is the eagerly awaited last film in his Bard-inspired trilogy has lock horns with Siddharth Anand’s snazzy action entertainer Bang Bang, starring Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif. The director of Haider has also given many hit movies in his previous item like the first two being Maqbool and Omkara. Now Haider is the one movie on which everyone’s eyes are focused. Haider was released yesterday and audience seemed to love the film on its opening day. Today film entered its second day of release and gained more occupancy and profit by the end of day.

Haider Movie Friday Collection

Though most of the trade expert and analysts seemed pegging the Bang Bang to lead the box office throughout the weekend, but the odds are in favor of Haider and the film by the end of second day i.e. Friday has reported increment in its total business in comparison to the opening day performance, today Haider has done the business of around 6.93 Crores (2 Days Total- 13.07 Cr). Before Haider, most of the movie goers hail Kaminey as Shahid Kapoor’s best performance till date but it seems that the fact has been trending again as Haider is being touted as Shahid Kapoor’s best performing film in a totally different character. Audience has appreciated the acting skills of the main leads and the supportive star cast have also done marvelous job.  Saturday & Sunday are expected to face the higher income due to good word of mouth.
