Emraan Hashmi & Vidya Balan starrer Hamari Adhuri Kahani has completed its one week at box office. Now the movie is running in its second weekend and yesterday it was its 8th day of release. The movie did not performed well in its first week, so there is no expectations with it to do better in its 2nd week when the movie like ABCD 2 is in competition.

In its first week, it has done the total business of only 27.12 crores from India screens. This is the worst performance by any movie of director Mohit Suri. Even after having such beautiful music, the movie got failed to attract audience. Audience appreciate the work of Emraan, Vidya & Rajkumar Rao but got disappointed with the story part. Because of good pre release buzz audience was having high expectations with the movie but in actual it has nothing to attract. This is the reason of such low response and negative reviews from audience as well as critics.

Yesterday being the first day of its second week, movie started as any normal day with very low occupancy. Audience looking more in favor of ABCD 2 instead of this last week released movie. As per the reports, the collection made by the movie on its 8th day is estimated as 0.87 crore. From today the business of the movie is expected rise, as weekend started.
