Kabali 8th Day Total Collection

Despite mixed reviews from critics, Kabali reported phenomenal business on box office and shattered many existing records. With the opening of 46.50 crores across India, it dominated the opening record of Shahrukh Khan’s HNY, that was 44.97 crores. Also it surpassed the first 3-days collection record of recently released Salman Khan’s Sultan (105.53 crores) with 110 crores.

In the opening weekend, Kabali did the business of total 110 crores, including 46.50 crores of Friday, 30.05 crores of Saturday and 33.45 crores of Sunday. In weekdays, the movie recorded drop and minted the amount of total 39 crores with 13.50 crores of Monday, 11.50 crores of Tuesday, 7.50 crores of Wednesday and 6.50 crores of Thursday. After a week, total domestic collection of Kabali was recorded as 149 crores from all three versions- Tamil, Telugu & Hindi.

Obviously the major contribution is made from south regions, but north has also reported quite impressive. Kabali did the business of 28 crores from north regions, which included 5.20 crores of Friday, 6.20 crores of Saturday, 7.75 crores of Sunday, 2.95 crores of Monday, 2.40 crores of Tuesday, 1.90 crore of Wednesday and 1.60 crore of Thursday. In these business figures, 21.75 crores are contributed by its Hindi version and 6.25 crores by Tamil & Telugu versions.

Now Kabali has entered in the second week and expected to be almost steady in its second weekend. On its second Friday, it witnessed slight more drop than previous day and added the amount of around 6 crores to its account across India, including 1.15 crore from north. With this, the movie has entered in the 150 crore club and raked total 155 crores after 8 days on domestic box office.
