After passing the last three weeks at a fantastic note, Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh has remained strong in the fourth weekend as well. Despite the new major Hindi release Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30, it has maintained a good pace and crossed the mark of 260 crores at the domestic box office.
Kabir Singh had started the fourth weekend at a good note and minted the amount of 2.54 crores on Monday. Over Saturday & Sunday, the film has recorded a healthy jump in footfalls and scored 3.75 crores & 4.05 crores respectively on board. After 24 days, its total collection has become 259.94 crores nett including 249.60 crores from the last 3 weeks.
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the Hindi romantic drama took an excellent opening at the box office and showing its magical run since then. In the first week, the film had raked the business of 134.42 crores with 70.83 crores in the weekend & 63.59 crores on weekdays from 3123 screens.
In the second week also, Kabir Singh showed a solid performance despite having Ayushmann Khurrana’s Article 15 in the opposite and did the business of 78.78 crores that included 47.15 crores in the weekend and 31.63 crores on weekdays from more than 2500 screens.
Then in the third week as well, the official Hindi remake of Telugu smash hit Arjun Reddy had managed to remain almost unaffected by the Hollywood biggie Spider-Man: Far From Home and bagged the amount of 36.40 crores with 22.52 crores in the weekend and 13.88 crores on weekdays from more than 2000 screens.
