Kya Dilli Kya Lahore, one of the current releases last Friday is running ordinarily on box office with normal response form the audience. The film directed by Vijay Raaz and also starring himself and Manu Rishi in lead roles is a rather serious story dealing with the Indo-Pak issue in a different way. The film definitely received good responses from the critics. But the film not being a typical mainstream Bollywood film suffered at the box office. Not being an out and out commercial film, it was expected from the film to have a low occupancy which became almost true in the first weekend. First weekend report of the movie shows that Kya Dilli Kya Lahore has not been accepted by the audience that well as compared to its expected response and deserving level of performance. It has on and on been a normal release and most of the audience hasn’t paid any serious attention towards the film. Let’s see what the fourth day report of the film says.

First Monday Total Collection of Kya Dilli Kya Lahore

Kya Dilli Kya Lahore received good reviews but film had terrible day one because of no marketing buzz. Film collected poor numbers in the complete first weekend. After a poor start, first weekday cannot have been expected to mark any high figure so 4th day collection of Kya Dilli Kya Lahore was also very disappointing and stood at 35 Lacs. Purani Jeans” was bit better than other releases due to heavy marketing by Eros but still film remained poor in the weekend. Also the release of the superhero film The Amazing Spiderman 2 robbed off its chances to woo the audiences. Still Kya Dilli Kya Lahore can be expected to see a gain in the collections in the upcoming days due to low public response for other releases.  This film may have a decent week collection if it receives a good positive word of mouth.
