Love Punjab & Ardaas 7th Day Collection, Completes 1 Week with Proud

Punjabi Cinema’s Top Highest Performers of 2016 so far- Ardaas & Love Punjab

Last Friday released two much anticipated Punjabi films Ardaas and Love Punjab, have completed their one week journey on an excellent note. Both the films had taken an expected start on box office and showed terrific through out in its 7 days journey. After a long time gap, Punjabi audience have such good films to watch and they are showing immense craze toward these two. The excitement and love of audience can be easily seen outside the theaters and on social media. Both the films have received very positive reviews from critics, which have boosted up their hype and made them to gross impressive at box office.

Gippy Grewal’s debut directorial film Ardaas has witnessed tremendous audience response through out and minted the amount of total 7.75 crores in India, that includes 4.50 crores* in weekend and 3.25 crores* in weekdays. Whereas the Amrinder Gill starrer Love Punjab has raked the business of total 7.82 crores* domestically, that includes 4.40 crores* of weekend and 3.42 crores* of weekdays. Not only in India but in overseas too, both these films have reported excellent business.

Now Ardaas and Love Punjab are being entered in their second week and expected to take rise again. Both the films have only this week to perform smoothly at box office, because from next week another awaited Punjabi film Diljit Dosanjh starrer Ambarsariya is releasing.
