Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh starrer latest action movie MSG 2 The Messenger has already taken an excellent start on box office in India as well as overseas. Still the craze of audience towards the movie is very high an it is heading with good pace. The movie has received favorable response from critics across the country which created positive hype of it among audience. Being saint the lead star has millions of devotees worldwide, as a result it is getting wonderful response everywhere.

MSG 2 is the sequel of MSG The Messenger of God that was released in February this year. The prequel did phenomenal business in very controversial environment. The latest installment has not faced much controversies but still banned in few cities. Makers have claimed that the movie has collected the amount of 3.60 crores with its paid premiere and over 50 crores at worldwide box office.

On Indian screens, MSG 2 was done the total business of approximately 24 crores in its first weekend that includes 6.75 crores of Friday, 7.75 crores of Saturday & 9.50 crores of Sunday. As per the official statement, MSG 2 was minted 13.38 crores on Friday, 11.77 crores of Saturday & 17.36 crores on Sunday at worldwide box office.

Now the movie has entered in weekdays and as expected started facing drops in its business. But due to high audience craze, it is still collecting decent business figures in each day. On Monday it was raked the amount of 3.65 crores and 3.52 crores of Tuesday. On the day i.e. Wednesday, it has recorded slightly less occupancy than previous day and added near about 3.40 crores more to its account.
