Nannaku Prematho 1st Week Total Collection, Highest Ever of Jr. NTR

‘Nannaku Prematho’ has become the 4th Highest Opening Week Grosser of all time in Telugu Cinema

Last week released the Telugu action drama movie Nannaku Prematho of superstar Junior NTR has completed its 7 days journey at box office. It has grossed the 4th highest opening week collection worldwide of all time in Tollywood and the highest one of actor’s career. Sukumar’s directorial this movie has been released on 13th of January with a screen count of 1800 across the globe. The movie has received mixed reviews from critics but overwhelmed response fans as well as audience. Being the year’s first big release from Telugu cinema, it was started excellent at box office.

On the opening day it recorded the overall occupancy of 90% in its dominated states Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. From the next day it started facing competition due to new Telugu releases Dictator and Express Raja on 14th of January. On 15th, another Telugu movie Soggade Chinni Nayana has been released out and as a result, half of its audience get diverted to other three movies. But still kept good hold over audience and grossed such whopping amount from domestic as well as overseas screens.

As per reports, Nannaku Prematho has done the business of total 42.22 crores worldwide in last 7 days excluding shares. The total amount includes 13.65 crores of Andhra Pradesh, 8.90 crores of Nizam, 5.15 crores of Ceded, 5.40 crores of Karnataka, 1.10 crore of rest India, 7 crores of USA & 1.20 crore of rest world (Dubai, Australia, UK etc.).
