Neerja 6th Day Collection, Crosses 32 Cr Total in 6 Days at Box Office

‘Neerja’ is Heading Smoothly at Box Office

Ram Madhvani’s directorial latest offering, a drama thriller film ‘Neerja’ is flying high on buzz on box office. After Akshay Kumar’s Airlift, this is the second film of the year which is getting terrific response and appreciation from audience. Sonam Kapoor’s starrer Neerja has taken decent start on its opening day but gained impressive pace from second day and still remained strong in weekdays too. It has received very positive reviews from critics as well as entire Bollywood industry.

With a decent occupancy on limited 700 screens, Neerja had raked the business of 4.70 crores on its first day. Strong word of mouth generated due to positive reactions from audience, had resulted out in impressive jump of business on Saturday and the film had minted the amount of 7.60 crores as its second day collection. On the last day of weekend, it showed more growth and collected 9.71 crores as its third day collection. Till the end of its opening weekend, total domestic collection of Neerja had recorded as 22.01 crores.

In weekdays, asusual it is witnessing lesser occupancy than weekend but still remained strong with decent business. On Monday with 50% of drop, it raked the amount of 3.70 crores as its 4th day collection. Then on Tuesday with almost similar response, it had minted the amount of 3.41 crores as its 5th day collection. On Wednesday, it faced slight drop and collected the amount of 3.14 crores to make its total collection as 32.26 crores on Indian screens.
