Neerja One Month Total Collection; Grossed 74.16 Cr in 31 Days from India

Sonam Kapoor’s NEERJA has Completed One Month Journey at Box Office

Second most appreciated film of the year 2016, Neerja has completed its one month journey at box office on an excellent note. The film had taken a decent start last month and dominated all the new releases which came in its way. Now after its four weeks, any Hindi movie Kapoor & Sons is getting much response from audience. But still Neerja has enough hold over screens and adding decent business figures to its account. The actress Sonam Kapoor who has played the title role in the film, is being appreciated by everyone for her best ever performance so far.

In its 31 days journey, Ram Madhvani’s directorial Neerja has witnessed terrific audience response and raked the business of total 74.16 crores from Indian screens, that includes 35.32 crores of first week, 22.43 crores of second week, 9.90 crores of third week, 5.42 crores of fourth week and 1.09 crore of fifth weekend. The film still has 404 screens in India for its fifth week and its weekend collection includes 0.24 crore of Friday, 0.31 crore of Saturday and 0.54 crore of Sunday.

So far, Neerja has become the second highest grosser of year 2016 after Akshay Kumar’s Airlift. Not only in India but in overseas too, it has reported tremendous business and has made more than 225% of profit till yet. The film has set great new height for the actress in Indian as well as global market. Till this week, it is expected to rake little bit near to 75 crores.
