The major release of this Friday, October has got succeed to impress the critics but not getting desired response from the audience across the country due to its offbeat genre. After a decent start on Friday at the box office, the movie witnessed an excellent growth on Saturday and took its total to a decent mark.
Directed by the ace filmmaker Shoojit Sircar, October is an unconventional romantic drama starring Varun Dhawan and the debutante Banita Sandhu in lead roles. Both the actors have performed brilliantly in their characters and are being praised by everyone for that.

Then on the next day i.e. Saturday, due to good support of fans, the movie took an excellent jump and raked the business of 7.47 crores. With this, the total collection of October after 2 days has become 12.51 crores from 1683 screens across the country.
