Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (PRDP) 11th Day Collection, Performed Well in 2nd Weekend

After the phenomenal performance in the first week, latest family entertainer Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has showed decent performance in its second weekend. Superstar Salman Khan & Sonam Kapoor starrer this pure family drama was released on the next day of Diwali with a screen count of 4500 in India. The movie has received very positive reviews from most of the critics as well as moviegoers. Being a non-masala movie, some critics are not in favor of it but audience find its very entertaining & clean to enjoy with their family.

Because of the presence of Salman Khan, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo had huge pre-release hype among audience. Everyone was expected it to perform like his last movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan. But the things are not happening in that way and the movie had lost half of its pace till the end of week one. Still it stands strong at box office in compare to other Bollywood movies and has become the second highest grosser of the year so far.

The total collection of PRDP at the end of its first week was recorded as 165.45 crores with only Hindi screens in the country, which comprises with 129.77 crores of weekend & 35.68 crores of weekdays. Now its has been entered in the second week and grossed around 28.62 crores in its second week that includes 7.37 crores of Thursday, 5.50 crores of Friday, 6.70 crores of Saturday & 8.20 crores of Sunday. Till the end of its 11th day, total collection of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is calculated as 193.22 crores at domestic box office.
