Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 has Started very Well at Box Office: 1st Day Collection

‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2’ Recorded Wonderful Response on Day 1

The latest comedy drama movie Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 is a complete postmortem of love. The movie has released today at box office & has taken a better start than the expectations all had earlier. It is the sequel of 2011’s small budgeted but very much appreciated movie Pyaar Ka Punchnama. The prequel was released on only 400 screens across the country but had received wonderful response from audience. The same thing is happening with the latest installment but the difference is, it has released on three times higher number of screens; approx. 1400.

It features Kartik Aaryan, Sunny Singh, Omkar Kapoor, Nushrat Bharucha, Sonalli Shegall & Ishita Sharma in lead roles. Before the release, audience were disappointed with absence of Raayo S Bakhirta aka Choudhary & Divyendu Sharma aka Liquid in the sequel. But after the watching it, everyone find it very hilarious & completely satisfied with the performance of two new faces Omkar Kapoor aka Thakur & Sunny Singh aka Chauka.

On its opening day, Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 has started the day with 25-30% occupancy for morning shows & recorded decent increment for evening shows. The movie has recorded overall occupancy of around 45% across the country but in many cities of north India it also witnessed maximum occupancy of 75% for late shows. Even after being a small budgeted movie, it has opened up so well at box office & minted the amount of 6.80 crores.
