Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 is the sequel of 2011’s laughing riot Pyaar Ka Punchnama, which was most appreciated small budget movie of the year. The latest installment is performing amazingly well at box office & collecting decent business figures. The impact of prequel was so much high on audience, that was the reason behind good pre-release hype of the sequel. Almost all the critics have reviewed it with very positive comments, which created favorable environment for it at box office.

Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 has been released on three times higher number of screens than the previous part & getting far better response across the country. The movie is integrated with very hilarious & crazy punches which makes you laugh till the end. Audience liked the movie very much & creating huge buzz about it on social media, as a result it is performing decently in weekdays too.

It has grossed the amount of total 22.75 crores in weekend, that includes 6.80 crores of Friday, 7.60 crores of Saturday & 8.35 crores of Sunday. Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 has collected almost equal to previously released good budget comedy movies. Now the movie has been entered in weekdays & being normal working days, started getting low occupancy in theaters but still the performance is decent.

Movie has passed the Monday test with less than 50% of drop in its business. It has minted the amount of 4.35 crores as its fourth day collection. On the next day i.e. Tuesday, being a weekday it witnessed slight drop but still managed to collect a decent business figure of 3.70 crores. Till the end of its 5th day, total collection of Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 is recorded as 30.80 crores.
