Latest Hindi movie Qissa is an intense project by the director Anup Singh & has been predicated on an extremely sensitive issue of. The film hit the box office yesterday on 20 February along with other big release Badlapur. It was in high media buzz before its release outside India due to its sensitive concept and story for which it got an award too but in India the film remained low throughout the first two days. The film received null pre release response and same was shown on its first day too and continued just a little better on second day.

Movie depicts so touching story that everyone who watched it got attached to it in just few minutes but due to non entertainer factor of script, it has been quite neglected by the viewers on day two also. As per the audience response, movie good but people are not interested in leaving Badlapur over this resulting in lower occupancy plus income on second day also.

Film started well today than first day but most of cinema lovers watched Badlapur resulting in overall lesser Saturday box office collections of 41 Lacs*. Film is another performance based theory other than today films which are based on action, comedy and love stories. This picture shows some new thing combined with history but has not been able to attract much audience today.

Tomorrow big Sunday it is expected to get a better response how so ever still lit can’t be high. Let see that how well this emotional and touching movie manages to collect in its first weekend.
