Race 3 10th Day Box Office Collection: Earns Over 160 Crores Total by the 2nd Weekend

After an overall strong opening week, the much-awaited Hindi offering Race 3 has passed its second weekend on a lower note than expected due to unfavorable reactions from the viewers. Superstar Salman Khan starrer this action thriller has unfortunately got failed to hit the target right and slowed down just after the opening weekend.

Directed by choreographer turned director Remo D’souza, Race 3 has received mixed reactions from the critics as well as the audience due to weak direction and story-line. Many fans of Salman have also got highly disappointed by his selection of film. One cannot deny the fact that, this has made a visible dent in the career of the actor.

On its 2nd Friday, the third installment of Race film series has raked the business of 3.75 crores after a big drop of 40.48% than the previous day. Then on 2nd Saturday, it took a usual jump of 46.67% and registered the business of 5.50 crores.

Then on the next day i.e. 2nd Sunday, Race 3 showed a further jump in footfalls and bagged the amount of 7 crores. With this, the total collection of the film after 10 days has become 160.76 crores nett (206.10 crores gross) at the domestic box office including 144.51 crores of the first week.

Due to huge initial buzz, Tips Films & Salman Khan Films’ presentation did the business of 106.47 crores on the opening weekend and 38.04 crores on weekdays. As per current trend, Race 3 seems to remain under 175 crores nett in its lifetime.
