Raid 12th Day Box Office Collection, Earns 84.35 Crores Total from India by 2nd Tuesday

After the excellent first week, Superstar Ajay Devgn, Ileana D’cruz and Saurabh Shukla starrer Raid is heading strongly in its second week as well. By remaining rock-steady throughout, it has dominated Akshay Kumar’s PadMan and emerged the third highest grossing movie of the year so far after Padmaavat and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety.

Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the crime drama Raid has received positive reviews from the critics as well as the audience due to its impactful story-line and noticeable performances given by the lead actors. As a result, it gained strong word of mouth at the box office.

Being a non-masala entertainer, Panorama Studios & T-Series Films’ presentation took a decent start and picked up remarkably well afterwards. It did the business of 63.05 crores in the first week that included 41.01 crores of the weekend and 22.04 crores of weekdays.

Now Raid is running in its second week and once again passed the weekend on a solid note. It did the business of 16.48 crores that included 3.55 crores of 2nd Friday, 5.71 crores of 2nd Saturday and 7.22 crores of 2nd Sunday.

Then on weekdays, the movie has faced a considerable drop but still maintaining a strong pace. On 2nd Monday, it minted the amount of 2.42 crores with a drop of approx. 32% than Friday. On the next day i.e. 2nd Tuesday, it collected 2.41 crores and raised 12 days total collection to 84.36 crores at the domestic box office.
