Raid 9th Day Box Office Collection, Ajay Devgn’s Film takes Good Growth on 2nd Saturday

Last week released Hindi crime drama Raid has completed its opening week on an excellent note by remained strong throughout. Due to positive word of mouth, it is showing strong performance in the second weekend as well despite having new offering Hichki in the opposite.

Produced by Panorama Studios and T-Series Films, Raid is based on one of the biggest income tax raids conducted by Indian Revenue Services in the 1980s. Due to its impactful and thrilling story-line, it has impressed everyone and got big thumbs up in return.

Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the film stars superstar Ajay Devgn, Saurabh Shukla and Ileana D’cruz, who are being appreciated for their commendable performances. Content and acting, are two major factors on which Raid is relying and doing very well at the box office.

After a solid start, it remained strong throughout the opening week and did the business of 63.05 crores from 3400 screens across the country. This included the 41.01 crores of the weekend and 22.04 crores of weekdays.

Now Raid is running in its second week and once again enjoying the weekend. On 2nd Friday, it faced a drop of approx. 24% than the previous day and minted the amount of 3.55 crores. On 2nd Saturday, with a solid growth, the film raked the business of 5.71 crores and raised 9 days total collection to 72.31 crores at the domestic box office.
