Rangasthalam 2nd Day Box Office Collection, Telugu Action Drama Remains Strong on Saturday

After an earth-shattering opening worldwide, Ram Charan and Samantha Prabhu Akkineni starrer Telugu action-drama Rangasthalam has remained strong on its second day as well. Due to positive reactions, the movie has gained a solid word of mouth and as a result, performing tremendously at the box office.

Directed by Sukumar, Rangasthalam has impressed everyone across the globe with its engaging story-line and wonderful performances by the leading actors. The director is also being praised by the critics for his flawless work.

Being one of the much-awaited Telugu movies of the year, Mythri Movie Makers’ production opened on a terrific note with mostly houseful shows across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. On the first day, it registered the business of 28.30 crores gross (19.50 crores nett) from the Telugu states.

At the worldwide box office, Rangasthalam did a humongous business of 43.80 crores gross and emerged the biggest opener of superstar Ram Charan’s career so far. On Saturday as well, the movie showed phenomenal performance and grossed the amount of 20 crores approx globally after a usual drop.

With this, the total collection of the movie after 2 days, has become 63.80 crores gross from 1500 screens worldwide. At the AP/T box office, Rangasthalam has raised its 2 days total collection to 41.60 crores gross, including 13.30 crores (9.15 crores nett) of Saturday.

As per current trend, the movie is likely to register a solid business in its opening weekend by maintaining a strong pace on Sunday as well.
