Rangasthalam 7th Day Box Office Collection, Grosses 127 Crores Total Worldwide in 1st Week

Last Friday released Telugu action-drama Rangasthalam has passed its opening week on a terrific note and emerged the second highest grossing movie of superstar Ram Charan’s career after Magadheera (151 crores gross WW). Still, it has a strong hold at the box office and positively expected to acquire the first position by the second week.

Ram Charan and the leading lady Samantha have acted superbly well and are being praised by everyone for their performances. With its engaging story-line and proficient direction, the movie has impressed all the viewers across the globe and gained strong word of mouth.

Being one of the much awaited Telugu offerings of the year, Rangasthalam took an earth-shattering opening and registered a massive business of 19.50 crores from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. With this, it emerged the biggest opener of Ram Charan.

By remaining strong throughout the opening weekend, Sukumar’s directorial raked the business of 9.15 crores on Saturday and 10.05 crores on Sunday. After 3 days, the total collection of the movie was recorded 38.70 crores nett from the Telugu states.

Then on weekdays, Rangasthalam faced a usual drop in footfalls but still managed to remain solid. On Monday, it did the business of 6.30 crores after a drop of more than 37% as compared to the previous day. With further decrease, it minted the amount of 5.05 crores on Tuesday and 3.85 crores on Wednesday.

On the next day i.e. Thursday, Mythri Movie Makers’ production collected the amount of 2.50 crore and raised its one week total collection to 56.40 crores nett. (79.55 crores gross) at the AP/T box office from around 1000 screens.

At the worldwide box office, Rangasthalam has garnered the business of 127.10 crores gross, that includes 43.80 crores of Friday, 20 crores of Saturday, 24.20 crores of Sunday, 14 crores of Monday, 10 crores of Tuesday, 8.20 crores of Wednesday, and 6.90 crores of Thursday.
