Opening Weekend Collection Report of ‘Rocky Handsome’

Nishikant Kamat’s directorial latest action thriller movie Rocky Handsome has completed its opening weekend journey on a decent note. The movie features handsome hunk John Abraham and buzzing among audience from a long time. It has also received positive reviews from most of critics but the fact cannot be denied that everyone was expecting more better performance by Rocky Handsome at box office. Despite holiday weekend, the movie has not witnessed any impressive growth in its business.

The lead star John Abraham is the soul of the movie and everyone has praised his performance. Along with him, child actress Diya Chalwad, Shruti Haasan and Sharad Kelkar are also there and completely justified with their characters. Rocky Handsome has reported decent response at box office but still come out as worth watch action movie.

On Friday, the movie has received the occupancy of 25-30% overall on Indian screens and minted the amount of 5.39 crores. From its preview shows held on Thursday evening, it has collected the amount of 1.77 crore and made its first day total business as 7.06 crores. On the next day, despite being holiday weekend it has reported slight fall in the response and raked the business 4.83 crores.

Then on Sunday, it started the day on a decent note but ended at average due to #IndvsAus T20 cricket match. Rocky Handsome has minted the amount of 4.13 crores as its 10th day collection and made it domestic total as 16.12 crores. Now the conditions will get harder, as weekdays always witness lesser occupancy than weekend.
