With fantastic opening and first weekend, now the romantic cum thriller movie Roy has entered first weekday today. In weekend, film saw high occupancy but now it is the fourth working day i.e. weekday for it. Today the film opened with a much drop in the occupancy of around 30% and saw decent audience rush in the cinema halls and theatres.

In actual, movie is getting mixed response from public as well as critics but even after that movie is getting good amount due to high number of screens. Yet one more fact is that film has not made that much awesome performance in the first weekend as was earlier predicted by analysts and reviewers due to the cricket match of India & Pakistan yesterday. This is a exciting news that India has won the match but Roy faced a heavy drop in its income yesterday.

Everyone knows that weekdays indicate lower box office earnings and income for any movie so Roy also look to suffer the same thing as today the film have experienced a drop in the collections as well as the occupancy of the viewers and closed down at 3.65 crores. Still this figure is decent enough but not too superb so it has to continue positive remarks and interest of the public in order to hold up a good first week collection and then later on business.

MSG and south Indian flicks Temper & Anegan have also affected bit the earnings of Roy especially in the areas where these movies are dominating. So Roy has to maintain its hype among the box office to mark a place in the hit list of 2015 Bollywood films. Tomorrow is a holiday on account of Maha Shivaratri, so it will be a good business day for it.
