Roy Completed its First Week: Collected 41+ Cr in 7 Days

romantic thriller movie Roy released across high number of screens in India and getting good collection from day one till now. Movie is running nicely at box office even after getting mixed reviews from critics as well as audience.

Although we have some mixed reviews from the viewers for Roy and also drop in business due to Indo-Pak match. Roy collection didn’t raised much on the holiday of Maha Shivratri which was expected to be there. But overall the movie is getting supportive response of public on box office and it can be seen in the form of decent occupancy during the weekdays and audience whistling and emotional connection with the movie during runtime.

Though the movie has not exceeded box office expectation till now and collection is coming much comparatively lower than expected. Still in total one week it has performed nicely and managed itself in good releases of the month as well as year.

Thursday opening of the film is 25-30% which is very great for starting the day. Plus with day progressing, film showed jump in collection from noon shows onwards as it is a business day. Today being the seventh working day for the film, the collection was recorded at 2.76 crores making its opening week business around 41.77 crores.

Sunday- 7.12 Cr
Monday- 3.65 Cr
Tuesday- 3.76 Cr
Wednesday- 2.92 Cr
Thursday- 2.76 Cr
Total- 41.77 Cr

Now from tomorrow, the new and awaited Bollywood movie Badlapur is also coming in competition. So its difficult for Roy to manage good collection in its second week and onwards.
