Hindi detective thriller film directed by Kaushik Ghatak and produced by Kavita K. Barjatya under the Rajshri Productions banner named Samrat & Co. has been in its 7th day of release today on the big screen. It features Rajeev Khandelwal in the title role of Samrat. The film was initially scheduled for release on May 1, 2014 release but was released ahead of schedule on Apr 25, 2014. The film has resulted in just a big washout of this year and added up to the list of unsuccessful films of year 2014. Samrat & Co. is a thriller romantic film which does not connects to the general public and they found it just disappointing. Yesterday film managed to sustain its business for today and in total seven days from the release date; it has just covered its cost very hardly. 1^st week box office report of Samrat & Co. is very bad and audience response towards the films is even worse.

On expected lines, ”Samrat & Co.” got pathetic reviews and film failed to take any start at box office. Film has disastrous day one and after that film lost any chance of survival at box office. it has made total business of around 0.20 Crore today being the 7th working day of the film. Audience has fully ignored the movie and rest of the viewers went to watch other releases like Revolver Rani, 2 States etc. it is to be noted that 2 States which is the previous release on 18th April 2014 is still running successfully and the current releases are hardly making any remarkable performance on box office. It is sure that Samrat & Co. is not going to continue its business in the next week.
