Sanju 12th Day Box Office Collection, Goes Past 282.50 Crores Total by 2nd Tuesday in India

With a super-strong run at the box office since its release, latest Hindi offering Sanju is now nearing towards the 300-crore mark. As per the current trend, it is likely to join the desired club by third Saturday despite having the new anticipated release Soorma and highly buzzed Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man And The Wasp in the opposite.

Sanju is the fifth directorial venture of undisputed filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani and as expected this one too got succeed to impress the viewers. For its brilliantly scripted story-line and the performances of all the actors, it has received very positive reviews from the critics as well as the audience worldwide.

After the blockbuster opening week, Sanjay Dutt biopic passed its second weekend as well on a remarkable note. It did the business of total 62.97 crores that included 12.90 crores on 2nd Friday, 22.02 crores on 2nd Saturday, and 28.05 crores on 2nd Sunday. Now it is running on weekdays once again and still has a very strong hold.

With a drop of around 28.30% than Friday, Sanju raked the business of 9.25 crores on its 2nd Monday. On the next day i.e. 2nd Tuesday, it witnessed a further dip and minted the amount of 8 crores. With this, the total collection of the movie after 12 days has become 282.73 crores nett (362.47 crores gross) including 202.51 crores in the first week.

Ranbir Kapoor starrer was released amid the huge excitement of fans and took an exceptional start at the box office. By remaining superb throughout the opening week, Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s production registered the business of 120.06 crores on the weekend and 82.45 crores on weekdays from 4000 screens nationwide.
