Sanju 32nd Day Collection: Ranbir Kapoor starrer heading towards Aamir Khan’s PK

After surpassing the lifetime total of Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai, now director Rajkumar Hirani’s latest offering Sanju is aiming to dominate Aamir Khan’s PK (340.80 crores). As per the current trend, it seems to become the third highest grossing movie of all time in Hindi Cinema by the end of this week.

Based on the life of Indian actor Sanjay Dutt, Sanju stars the super talented Ranbir Kapoor, who has played his character brilliantly and received huge appreciation from everyone. For its engaging story-line and flawless direction, the movie has got very positive feedback.

Being the highly anticipated, it opened on a massive note and did the business of 202.51 crores in the first week by remaining steady throughout. Afterward as well, it showed a strong performance and registered the business of 92.67 crores in the second, 31.62 crores in the third and 10.48 crores in the fourth week.

Now Sanju is running in its fifth week and once again passed the weekend on a solid note. On 5th Friday, it faced a drop of 47.06% than the previous day and minted 0.45 crore. Then it took a fair jump and raked the business of 0.87 crore on 5th Saturday & 1.15 crore on 5th Sunday.

On weekdays, as usual, Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s production recorded a drop in footfalls but still getting a considerable response. On 5th Monday, Dutt biopic garnered the business of 0.35 crore after a drop of 22.20% than Friday and raised its 32 days total collection to 340.10 crores nett.
