Omung Kumar’s Sarbjit Minted 3.69 Cr on Friday

Omung Kumar’s second directorial movie ‘Sarbjit’ has released on box office this Friday and getting favorable response from everywhere. It has received very positive reviews from critics as well as moviegoers, which has generated strong word of mouth about it among audience. Everyone praising the performances of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Randeep Hooda in the movie. With this both have given new height to their career. Sarbjit has not register much impressive figure on its opening day and got success to acquire place in the hearts of viewers.

Sarbjit has been released on decent number of screens across the country with good buzz among audience. On the opening day, it started the day with decent occupancy as last week released sports biopic Azhar did but due to positive words, evening and nights shows contributed better enough. The adjacent release X-Men: Apocalypse is affecting its run on box office and diverting much audience towards itself.

On Friday with almost 25% of occupancy nationwide, Sarbjit raked the business of 3.69 cr. Ofcourse the business figure was lesser than expected but favorable response resulted in better on second day. On Saturday, the movie start the day with almost similar occupancy as Friday but reported better from evening and minted the amount of 4.56 cr. After 2 days, total collection of Sarbjit is recorded as 8.25 cr on domestic box office. Sunday is expected to result in more better.
