‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ Heading Decently
Superstar Pawan Kalyan’s latest offering and the sequel of his 2012’s blockbuster movie Gabbar Singh, had taken an excellent start on box office with massive craze of fans as well as audience. With its earth shattering start, Sardaar Gabbar Singh emerged as second highest grosser of all time in Telugu Cinema after Baahubali. It could has been set new records but unfortunately got failed to maintain its pace and witnessed big dip on the second day. Abrupt fall in business was very disappointing of course but now it is heading steadily, which is a positive sign of recovery.
Sardaar Gabbar Singh has been released on around 1000 screens in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. On its opening day, it reported outstanding response of audience and minted the amount of 20.50 cr across these two Telugu states. On the next day, instead of growth it showed a heavy fall in its business and collected the amount of only 5.50 cr as its second day collection.
On Sunday, being public holiday Sardaar Gabbar Singh witnessed little better than Saturday and raked the business of 6 cr as its third day collection. After the weekend, total collection of the movie was recorded as 32 cr on AP/T box office. Now it has entered in weekdays and heading with a steady business graph.
On Monday, it faced a only 20% of drop than Sunday and added the amount of 4.90 cr to its account. On the next day, it reported slight more drop and done the business of around 4 cr* as its fifth day collection. Till the end of its 1st Tuesday, total collection of Sardaar Gabbar Singh is calculated as 40.90 cr* from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states.
