Punjabi Cinema’s most successful movie of the year so far, Sardaar Ji 2 has passed its second weekend trial on a decent note. Being the sequel of 2015’s Punjabi blockbuster movie Sardaar Ji, the movie has been released with good buzz among audience and witnessed excellent response in the opening week. Also it has received positive reviews from critics across the globe.

The lead star Diljit is being praised by everyone for his wonderful performance in Sardaar Ji 2. Recently the actor has made his debut in Bollywood with Udta Punjab and received appreciations for that too. Everyone liked the movie and found it worth watch family entertainer. The Punjabi audience across the globe are showing good craze towards it.

In the opening weekend, on a outstanding note Sardaar Ji 2 did the business of 9.10 crores across 350 screens of India. That includes 2.75 crores of Friday, 3 crores of Saturday and 3.35 crores of Sunday. Then in weekdays, the movie witnessed ususal drops and minted the amount of total 4.90 crores, that includes 1.75 crore of Monday, 1.25 crore of Tuesday, 1 crore of Wednesday and 0.90 crore of Thursday.

After a week, total domestic collection of Sardaar Ji 2 was recorded as 14 crores, in which 10.75 crores is contributed alone by the East-Punjab regions. Now it is running in the second week and just passed its second weekend. On a decent it has done the business of total 1.40 crores*, that includes 0.40 crore* of Friday, 0.45 crore* of Saturday and 0.55 crore* of Sunday. This has made its 10 days total domestic collection as 15.40 crores*.
