Shaandaar is a forthcoming romantic comedy movie all set to be released this Thursday at box office. The movie is directed by Vikas Bahl and jointly produced by Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap & Vikramaditya Motwane under the banners Phantom Films, Dharma Productions & Fox Star Studios. It features Shahid Kapoor & Alia Bhatt in lead roles, along with Pankaj Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Sanah Kapoor & more in supporting roles.

This is the first time when Shahid is sharing screen with his father & sister together. With Alia too, he is coming first time & because of these reasons the actor is looking very much excited. Both the stars are positively trying to promote their movie among more & more people. These days they are appearing in many promotional activities for Shaandaar. There is no doubt, that the movie has very good hype among audience & expected to take a good start at box office.

As per trade analysts, Shaandaar is capable to perform better at box office after release, also its craze among fans is good. The movie has received decent response for its advance booking & as per the report from sources, its first day overall occupancy would be around 50-60% on Indian screens. Opening day collection of the movie is predicted to be in between 9 – 10 crores*. Weekend performance depends on the word of mouth it will get from audience after release.
