3 Days Total Collection of Shorgul & The Legend of Tarzan
Once again as past weeks, Hollywood has dominated Bollywood on Indian box office. Due to the absence of any good option to watch from Hindi cinema, the decent English one has taken all the advantages. This Friday released, the political thriller Shorgul has not received atleast an average response on box office.
Being a low budgeted, low star powered and less promoted movie, most of the audience is not aware about it. As a result, it started on a dull note and minted the amount of only 0.35 crore across India. On the next day i.e. Saturday, despite being Shorgul has not showed any considerable growth in its business and did the business of 0.40 crore*.
On the last day of weekend i.e. Sunday, it witnessed slight rise and added the amount of 0.45 crore* to its account. With this, the total 3 days collection of Shorgul has become 1.30 crore* on domestic box office. There is no expectations with the movie, to show any considerable response in weekdays.
In parallel, the action adventure The Legend of Tarzan has also not received much positive reviews from critics as well as audience like Shorgul. But still being the strongest one among all new releases in India, it did the decent business of 2 crores on Friday.
On Saturday, being weekend it received little growth and minted the amount of 2.40 crores*. On the last day of weekend i.e. Sunday, it witnessed little more rise and added the amount of 2.60 crores* to its account. After a weekend, total collection of The Legend of Tarzan in India is recorded as 7 crores*.
